About Colonics

Closed colon hydrotherapy is more than just a wellness treatment—it’s a powerful tool for restoring inner balance and vitality. Many people discover it during their own search for healing, much like Inner Healing Colonics founder Dania, often after facing health challenges that conventional medicine alone couldn’t resolve.

For some, years of digestive discomfort, hormonal imbalances, or unexplained fatigue lead them to explore gut health as the missing link. Others find their way to colonics while seeking natural ways to support detoxification, fertility, or overall well-being. Regardless of the path, the experience is often transformative—bringing renewed energy, improved digestion, and a sense of clarity that extends beyond the physical body.

At its core, closed colon hydrotherapy isn’t just about cleansing the gut; it’s about nurturing the whole person. The gut is a central hub for health, intuition, and emotional balance. When supported properly, it has the power to heal, restore, and unlock the body's natural ability to thrive.

With a growing awareness of the gut-brain connection, closed colon hydrotherapy is becoming a trusted part of holistic wellness. It is Dania and her team’s mission to help individuals reclaim their health and step into a life of greater vitality and well-being the same way it assisted her.

Why Closed Colon Hydrotherapy?

Closed colon hydrotherapy is a gentle and effective way to cleanse the colon using purified, temperature-controlled water. This non-invasive practice supports the body's natural detoxification processes, promoting balance and optimal digestive health. Trusted for centuries as part of holistic health routines, closed colon hydrotherapy provides a refreshing internal cleanse that helps restore harmony to the digestive system.

In today's environment, our digestive systems are often burdened by processed foods, stress, and environmental toxins. Over time, this can overwhelm the colon, contributing to symptoms like bloating, fatigue, and sluggish digestion, and potentially impacting overall well-being. Closed colon hydrotherapy offers a safe and natural approach to alleviating these concerns, removing waste and toxins to support improved energy levels, clearer thinking, and enhanced digestive function.

Many individuals seek closed colon hydrotherapy to address specific digestive concerns or as part of a broader wellness plan, including detoxification. Unlike temporary or superficial cleanses, this therapy works in alignment with the body's natural processes, fostering sustainable, long-term wellness.

Experience the benefits of a cleaner, more balanced digestive system with colon hydrotherapy - a proven step toward achieving better health and vitality.

Dania Goulding

Clinic Owner
& Certified Colon Hydrotherapist

Dania’s journey into health and wellness wasn’t just a career choice—it was a calling born from her own personal healing. In her early twenties, she longed to start a family, but doctors told her she wouldn’t be able to conceive naturally. Years of battling and overcoming an eating disorder had left her body fragile, and well-meaning health professionals gently suggested that natural conception may not happen for her.

But deep in her heart, Dania believed in something greater. She had already overcome the impossible once—healing from an illness that doctors weren’t sure she’d survive. With that same unwavering spirit, she set out to explore other paths to motherhood and wellness, trusting that her body was capable of more than she had been told.

That’s when closed colon hydrotherapy found her. Whether it was divine intervention or simply the right thing at the right time, it became a turning point in her journey. Through a series of treatments, she not only felt her body come back to life—she conceived naturally, not once, but five times.

How could she keep this to herself? If colonics had given her hope and healing, surely it could help others too. That’s why Dania poured her heart into mastering the art and science of gut health, mental well-being, and whole-body healing. Today, people travel from near and far to experience her compassionate care and deep wisdom.

Dania believes true healing isn’t just about fixing one part of the body—it’s about tending to the whole person. The gut, much like the heart, is a hub of health, intuition, and transformation. And when we nurture both, we unlock the power to heal, thrive, and step into the life we were meant to live.

Louise Mehta

Certified Colon Hydrotherapist

Born to a Celtic mother and Indian father in the ‘70s, Louise grew up with healthcare in her blood—her father was a surgeon, and her mother a nurse. Now, as a mother herself, she lives locally with her teenage daughter.

Louise's journey with colon hydrotherapy began at 27 with her first colonic overlooking Bondi Beach—an experience that wasn’t exactly comfortable (not a gentle closed colonic system). Years later, after a trip to Laos left her with severe gut issues, she was diagnosed with Helicobacter Pylori (H. Pylori) and treated with antibiotics. While they cleared the infection, her gut health suffered, leading her back to colon hydrotherapy and expert gut health guidance. Since then, her digestion has thrived, and she hasn’t looked back.

Inspired by her own healing, Louise trained in closed colon hydrotherapy. Now, as she navigates hormonal changes later in life, she's fascinated by the deep connection between the gut, emotions, and the nervous system—our bodies are truly incredible!
